Domestic shipping

Orders are shipped by Posti (Finnish postal service) and take 1-3 days to arrive in Finland. Tracking is included. Orders delivered internationally via DHL Express. If you have any questions regarding delivery times, don't hesitate to contact us. Please notice we have longer delivery time during July and August.

Please note that some items made for your order may take one to four weeks before shipping.  If you wish to know the exact delivery time for an item, please contact us directly. 

After ordering from our online shop you will receive order confirmation in your e-mail.

Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 25,5%.

Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders. We deliver via Priority mail. Orders are sent with tracking information.

Non-EU countries - 40€

International customers are responsible for their country's customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

Orders are sent via Posti (Finnish postal service) and abroad via DHL, UPS or Posti.
Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.

Orders made between 1.12.2025-31.12.2026 will start shipping after 7.1.2027

Please notice that if you would like to be sure that your order is in time before Christmas:

To ensure your order is delivered before December 24th, please place it at the latest:

November 20th countries outside European Union
November 20th countries inside European Union, including Finland

You can also pick up your order in Keski-Pomppu Studio & Showroom, Fleminginkatu 9 a lt 2, Helsinki. Please note that studio is open by appointment.


Please note that I handcraft all my jewelry in small series in my own studio, which means I take the time needed to create each piece with care.

RETURNS

Return Cost

Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded for either domestic or international orders. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product we sent was incorrect or faulty.

14 Days to Return

Of course, we hope that you will love your new jewelry. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased products within 14 days from the date you received them. Returned products must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note that gift cards, custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and Exchanges

Before sending any returns, please contact us by email at paivi@keskipomppu.com.

Once we have received the returned products and confirmed that they meet all return requirements, we will refund the total amount of the order. Refund processing times may vary depending on your credit or debit card provider.
