FAQs
Who has made our jewellery?
The jewellery is made by jewellery designer and goldsmith Päivi Keski-Pomppu in Helsinki, Finland. Each piece is crafted as a unique item or in small batches based on orders. The chains and other components used in the jewellery are sourced from our European partners and manufactured in Europe, primarily in Germany.
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
We use recycled precious metals in our jewellery. The silver we use has a fineness of 925‰. The gold finenesses are 585‰ (14K) and 750‰ (18K), platinum 950‰, and palladium 950‰.
How do I choose the right size for my jewellery?
You can email us if you need more information about jewellery measurements or help choosing the correct size. Also you can find more information from our size guide.
What diamonds do you use in your jewellery?
All diamonds in our jewelry are natural diamonds. The diamonds we use are sourced ethically and conflict-free. Our diamond providers comply with the Kimberley Process scheme and are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council. If requested, we can also use Canadian diamonds, which are responsibly mined in Canada’s Northwest Territories and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
I would like to know more precisely how long it will take for my order to arrive. What is the delivery time for the product I ordered so that it will arrive by the desired date?
