Privacy policy

Keski-Pomppu will not submit any information supplied by the customers to third parties. We only demand the customers information essential to ordering of and billing for our products. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are required to confirm the orders and contact the customer in case of possible problem situations.

Availability of products

All the products available can be seen in the web shop. If there are simultaneous orders, some products may be sold out, even if the website does not show it. If your payment has been registered in our system and we cannot deliver your order, we will return your payment and notify you by email.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All our products are made by jewellery designer Päivi Keski-Pomppu, and time is dedicated to the making of each piece. We kindly ask for our customers’ patience and appreciation, as every item and component is carefully finished with great attention to detail. For this reason, all pieces have a production time, typically around 1–4 weeks. If you would like a precise delivery schedule, please feel free to contact us.

Law and Jurisdiction

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki

Payment

You can pay your order by credit card: Visa, Master Card. All credit card transactions are secure. Our credit card payments are powered by Squarespace Payments, secure and easy way to pay online. You can also pay with Applepay or Klarna.

At the studio, you can pay for your purchases by card. We also accept Klarna as a payment option, allowing you to choose the payment method that suits you best in accordance with Klarna's terms and conditions.

International customers are responsible for their country's customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

Orders are sent via Posti (Finnish postal service) and abroad via DHL or Posti.
Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.
